― On the topic of commissioning artwork;
1.1 ‣ Contact via Twitter/X, Bluesky, Email, or Discord. All social media is under nu11ism, and their email is listed as [email protected].
1.2 ‣ Window of communication; NULLISM may not respond to commissioners request immediately. Please allow time for them to check their messages.
1.3 ‣ Commissioner ALWAYS pays the Paypal fee. Payment can and must be completed via Paypal as there is no other service wherein NULLISM accepts payment for artwork.
― On the topic of creating the commissioned artwork;
2.1 ‣ The commissioner is entitled to as many revisions as they request while the commission is actively being worked on. If they require revisions after the fact they may contact NULLISM at no charge[as long as the revisions are small].
2.2 ‣ NULLISM typically takes an average of two to four months to complete artwork, but this is subject to change with health, motivation, energy, etc to either be quicker or longer. NULLISM does commissions as hobby work, not as their sole income. NULLISM will always update the commissioner of their status as soon as feasibly possible, and always give updates should they be requested.
― On the topic of cancellation of artwork;
3.1 ‣ Should NULLISM be unable to complete the requested artwork they accepted, a full refund will be issued as soon as possible.
3.2 ‣ Should the commissioner request to cancel a commission they may do so before the commission is started for a full refund, however if the commission is started and they request a cancellation they will receive a partial refund dependent on the state of the artwork.
― On the topic of licensing and usage of artwork;
4.1 ‣ The commissioner is entitled to personal use of NULLISM's artwork, so long as adequate credit is given to NULLISM upon posting anywhere online.
4.2 ‣ The commissioner is not entitled to commercial use of NULLISM's artwork unless previously agreed upon.
― On the topic of dispute resolution over artwork;
5.1 ‣ NULLISM reserves the right to terminate any commission over the breaching of their TOS, personal boundaries, and beyond. Upon termination, all rights to the artwork revert to NULLISM.
